ResponsibilitiesMonitor the health conditions of individuals and ensure high-quality services are provided
Assist participants with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care needs
Support individuals with life skills, social integration, and community participation
Help maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment
Assist with recreational activities, group programs, and community outings
Maintain accurate progress notes and required documentation
Support household activities such as light housekeeping and meal preparation
High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred
Current CNA license
