MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Helpdesk Technician in the Fort Meade, MD area. In this role, you will provide Tier 1 on-site and remote support for computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and teleconferencing equipment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Respond to customers requests for modifications to organizational policies based on Risk Management Framework requirements.
Coordinate response to customer requests with Systems Administrators
Coordination of risk management framework
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years of related experience OR an Associates Degree and 2 years of related experience
Experience supporting end user terminal devices; device management, security and operations
Security Clearance Requirements:
Current/Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
