Plant Manager

Responsibilities

• Champion a safety-first culture by ensuring full adherence to OSHA standards and industry regulations through daily huddles, audits, and collaboration with EHS teams
• Direct daily and weekly production plans, optimize workflow efficiency, and leverage fabrication software (e.g., Tekla PowerFab) to meet delivery targets and minimize rework
• Lead and grow a skilled workforce, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a collaborative environment focused on accountability, craftsmanship, and continuous learning
• Enforce compliance with AISC and AWS standards, oversee inspections and corrective actions, and manage materials, equipment, and maintenance for operational excellence.
• Drive innovation and process enhancements, monitor performance metrics, and serve as the key liaison across departments to align shop output with project goals

Qualifications

• 10 years of structural steel fabrication experience
• Deep understanding of AISC, AWS standards, and quality control protocols in fabrication environments
• Skilled in leading diverse teams
• Proficient in shop management and scheduling tools like Tekla PowerFab, FabTrol, and STRUMIS
