Vice President of Clinical Dental Services

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the dental clinic, including budgeting, staffing, credentialing, and performance evaluations
• Provides clinical supervision to dental staff including clinicians, hygienists, assistants, and administrative personnel
• Develops and implements preventive and treatment-focused dental health programs for both clinical and community outreach
• Conducts regular reviews of dental procedures, equipment, and operational needs to drive continuous improvement
• Analyzes patient data and satisfaction surveys to inform service enhancements and quality initiatives
• Chairs the Dental Quality Improvement team, leveraging insights to elevate patient care standards
• Performs a full range of dental procedures and supervises radiological and clinical work conducted by dental staff

Qualifications

• Earned a dental degree from an accredited institution
• Holds a Master's in Public Health or brings over 3 years of experience in public health practice
• Has a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience within a healthcare environment
