GLAZING PROJECT MANAGER

A minimum of five (5) years Industry experience with various sized projects with direct experience in specifically managing large storefront, window walls, curtain walls and other glazing systems.

Well organized, detail oriented, has the ability to work in high volume work environment, has great communication skills, ability to make new relationships and maintain them and is willing to learn Elite Glass & MIrrors systems.

Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines, considering all relevant factors, including manpower, materials, equipment and safety measures.

You will play a vital role in overseeing commercial and residential glazing projects from conception to completion. As necessary, you will be required to have boots on the ground for installation purposes.

Prepares and estimates budget costs for construction by studying plans and specifications.

Evaluate offers to purchase by site requirements, additions and cost changes.

Resolves cost differences by analyzing and collecting info.

Writes up and presents budghets, reports, and project plans.

Develops bids for projects.

Works closely with offsite estimator and office staff.

Processes paperwork and travels to jobsites as required, also stepping in at jobsites to install.

Monitors construction processes

Stays up to date with safety codes.

Must be able to work independently and follow through on tasks at hand with minimal oversight.
