- Must have work skills to include, but not limited to knowledge of cooking, organization, record keeping, decision-making and working with people.
- Assists the Cook in preparation of food
- Responsible for receiving and putting away stock
- Responsible for maintaining freezer and cooler inventory
- Works with head cook, site supervisor & coordinator concerning inventory and supply orders
- Technological proficiency to operate an electronic cash register as required
- Have the ability to communicate effectively with students & staff
- Must have the full support of the Coordinator of Food Services and Assistant Superintendent
