Acting as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology, you will drive the delivery of high-impact, production solutions that align with enterprise objectives and maximize value. With a deep understanding of distribution needs and technical capabilities, you will ensure backlog priorities reflect business goals, identify gaps in current systems, and champion scalable, cost-effective enhancements. Your leadership will be instrumental in translating complex requirements into actionable outcomes, fostering innovation, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality data solutions that support Invesco's growth and client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Vision
Develop and champion a forward-looking product data strategy aligned with Invesco's distribution goals and enterprise objectives. Anticipate industry, regulatory, and technological trends to inform long-term product data capabilities and competitive positioning. Contribute to the development of functional strategy within the data and distribution domain, influencing broader organizational direction.
- Stakeholder Partnership & Influence
Build strong partnerships with senior leaders across distribution, investments, marketing, engineering, and data governance. Communicate complex ideas and data strategies clearly, persuasively, and proactively to senior stakeholders, anticipating objections and aligning diverse perspectives. Negotiate priorities and resources across teams to ensure delivery of high-impact data solutions.
- Product Ownership & Agile Execution
Own and evolve the product data backlog, balancing strategic priorities, stakeholder needs, regulatory requirements, and technical feasibility. Lead Epic and Story refinement sessions, ensuring clarity, alignment, and readiness for development. Define and manage release strategies, sprint goals, and Agile metrics to communicate progress and drive accountability.
- Data Quality, Accessibility & Governance
Ensure product data is accurate, timely, and accessible to distribution teams, enabling effective product launches, sales enablement, and regulatory compliance. Serve as the authoritative source of guidance on product data standards, governance, and best practices.
- Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Define and track KPIs for product data usage, quality, and impact on distribution effectiveness. Lead continuous improvement cycles at sprint and release levels, incorporating user feedback and adapting to evolving business needs. Develop methods and techniques for obtaining innovative solutions to complex data challenges.
- Thought Leadership & Industry Awareness
Stay abreast of industry trends, data standards, and competitor approaches to product data in distribution. Represent Invesco as a thought leader in product data, contributing to internal knowledge and external visibility.
Specific Requirements:

Technical & Business Skills:

Education:

Personal Attributes:
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
