Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Taleo Specialist to support out client recruiting and onboarding systems . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Taleo Recruiting and Onboarding modules , along with hands-on experience in TCC (Taleo Connect Client) scripting for integrations and data migrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Taleo Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
• Develop and troubleshoot TCC scripts for data integration and automation.
• Partner with HR and IT teams to optimize system workflows and candidate experience.
• Perform system testing, user support, and issue resolution.
• Create and maintain documentation for Taleo processes and integrations.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience with Oracle Taleo Recruiting & Onboarding .
• Strong knowledge of TCC scripting, XML, and data mapping .
• Experience in system configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments (Starbucks or similar).
• Familiarity with HR systems integration and data governance.
