Job Description


We’re looking for an Experienced Sous Chef who’s passionate about Italian cooking and ready to bring creativity and leadership to our kitchen team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work side-by-side with the Head Chef to prepare and cook classic Italian dishes.
  • Help plan and develop menus featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure every plate meets our quality standards.
  • Train, support, and motivate kitchen staff to work efficiently and safely.
  • Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory, track food costs, and help minimize waste.
  • Jump in wherever needed — we’re a team that works together to get the job done.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of kitchen experience, with a solid background in Italian cuisine.
  • Great understanding of pasta, sauces, and traditional Italian cooking techniques.
  • A hands-on leader who’s reliable, organized, and easy to work with.
  • Able to handle a fast-paced kitchen with a positive attitude.
  • Food safety certification is a plus.
