Customer Service Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must analyze customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Must utilize sales skills to upsell products or services that meet customer needs.
• Must respond to sales professionals and customer inquiries through phone, email, or in-person interactions in a professional and courteous manner.
• Must enter customer data into database accurately and efficiently.
• Must learn and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Must identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to process improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Entry Operator
• NetSuite experience is mandatory
• Must have excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Must have sales experience and the ability to upsell products or services.
• Must have strong phone etiquette and the ability to provide clear, concise communication to customers.
