Production Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must be responsible for the overall product production of the assigned shift.
• Responsible for supervising hourly employees within the Production Department
• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, training, and evaluation of team members
• Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, developing personal growth opportunities.
• Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting KPI's (efficiency, scrap, etc.)
• Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data, answering questions and responding to requests
• Must maintain quality standards by enforcing organizational standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate's degree in Business Administration or Manufacturing is required
• 5+ years of Manufacturing experience
• Must have experience with Plastics Injection Molding.
• Must be Forklift certified
