Our client, a Fortune 500 marketing/advertising company, is seeking a Vendor Data Specialist to join their team. As a Vendor Data Specialist, you will be part of the Master Data group supporting the creation and maintenance of master data sets across multiple systems for our client's business in the U.K.. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis and manipulation skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a high attention to detail.

Job Title: Vendor Data Specialist

Location: Omaha, Nebraska (Hybrid)

Schedule: 1st Shift (M-F 8:30am-5pm CST)

Job Type: 3-month contract to hire/convert to FTE

Pay Rate: $16.50/hr.

What's the Job?

  • Coordinate and perform day-to-day tasks for the creation, maintenance, and data quality of master data.
  • Create, maintain, and verify global intercompany customer and vendor records.
  • Audit and verify incoming information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze, monitor, and respond to inquiries from the group inbox.
  • Assist with training of new employees and maintain documentation of Master Data processes.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited university OR equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position preferred.
  • Strong data analysis and data manipulation skills.
  • Ability to maintain professional composure in urgent situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
