• Take the lead on-site for large-scale multifamily and mixed-use projects across the U.S.

• Drive schedules, safety, budgets, and quality with precision and pride

• Coordinate trades, resolve challenges, and keep communication sharp between field and office

• Mentor up-and-coming leaders while collaborating with seasoned PMs and execs

• Deliver projects that strengthen communities and stand the test of time

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up multifamily or commercial projects

• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics

• Proficiency with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to travel nationwide — with company-covered lodging and per diem
