Administrative Assistant

Ability Matters is seeking adynamic Administrative Assistant to support our Housing North team. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrativetasks, including scheduling meetings, data analysis, implementation of AIsolutions, and software training. This role will also provide direct serviceswith individuals with developmental disabilities 20-25 hours per week. This role requirescompassion, patience, and a commitment to inclusivity.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and calendars for the Housing North team.
  
• Analyze and report data using software tools and AI applications.
• Train staff oversee technology systems and hardware.
• Implement training programs and ensure staff compliance.
• Communicate clearly with staff, families, and individuals served.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote a collaborative culture
• Implement and track training programs, ensuring staff adherence to protocols.
• Assist in project management activities, aligning technological solutions with Ability Matters goals.
  
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, addressing technological challenges efficiently.
  
• Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills, translating technical information into user-friendly language.
• Provide direct support to individuals will disabilities 20-25 hours/week.

Requirements:

• Preferred 4-year degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Project management skills, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
  
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an empathetic approach to serving individuals with disabilities.
  
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
