Production Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee all plant operations including production, maintenance, and distribution functions.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to ensure safety, engagement, and performance.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve throughput.
• Set clear performance goals and hold teams accountable for results.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify improvement opportunities and share best practices.
• Manage production planning, ERP data accuracy, and performance metrics reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and food safety standards (GMP, HACCP).
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of Manufacturing or Production Management experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with a focus on coaching and accountability.
• Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing and process improvement tools.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in paper converting, packaging, or printing industries is a plus.

Salary Range: $75K-$85K (DOE)
