Key Responsibilities
· Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle including sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, purchase order creation, tracking, and reconciliation.
· Develop and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring consistent quality, cost savings, and on-time delivery.
· Evaluate supplier performance and implement vendor scorecards and improvement plans.
· Collaborate with engineering, production, and finance teams to ensure materials and services align with organizational needs.
· Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to drive cost optimization without compromising quality.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for ethical sourcing.
· Monitor inventory levels and lead times to mitigate supply chain risks.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives in the procurement process.
Qualifications
· 5+ years of procurement experience in a corporate or manufacturing setting (required).
· Strong knowledge of procurement lifecycle management, supply chain principles, and contract negotiation.
· Proven track record in vendor and supplier management with measurable results.
· Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment is a strong plus.
· Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Proficiency with procurement systems/ERP software.
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
