RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and execute a CI roadmap that aligns with business priorities by identifying, prioritizing, and implementing impactful improvement initiatives.
• Guide cross-functional teams in executing CI projects using a range of tools such as Value Stream Mapping, A3 Problem Solving, Standard Work, Pull Systems, SMED, Transactional Process Improvement, VAVE, and DFMA.
• Partner with leadership to weave CI thinking into management practices and decision-making frameworks.
• Develop, track, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) using visual management systems to measure progress and ensure accountability.
• Educate and mentor employees at all levels on CI tools, techniques, and methodologies to build organizational capability.
• Work across all departments to eliminate non-value-added activities, streamline workflows, and optimize processes.
• Leverage data to identify inefficiencies, uncover trends, and propose targeted solutions.
• Contribute to key initiatives including cost reduction, quality improvement, and increased throughput.
• Capture, document, and standardize best practices for organization-wide adoption.
• Research industry best practices and continuously refine the CI strategy to stay competitive.
• Promote a culture of safety by embedding safety protocols into CI projects, ensuring employee well-being and operational excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required); knowledge of assembly/machining a plus.
• 5+ years applying CI tools (VSM, A3, Standard Work, Kanban, SMED, TPI, VAVE, DFMA) across multiple business functions.
• Proven success leading cross-functional CI projects and driving organizational change.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Minitab; ERP experience preferred.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Resilient, adaptable, and customer-focused with high integrity.

Salary Range: $105K-$120K annually (DOE)
