Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direction and leadership for all Company facilities.
• Collaborate with the Leadership Team to effectively implement strategic goals.
• Organize and allocate resources to meet customer commitments and ensure satisfaction.
• Analyze costs and efficiencies to define and execute effective production strategies.
• Oversee preparation and execution of production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Manage all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with company standards for Environmental, Health, and Safety programs.
• Ensure manufacturing assets are maintained in sound working conditions through effective maintenance programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or a related discipline (required).
• 10+ years of Management experience within a Manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business data, technical documents, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leveraging recruitment tools, including social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare reports and present findings clearly to all levels of management.
• Proven project management expertise.
• Strong background in customer relationship management and problem-solving exceed expectations.
• Solid knowledge of mathematical concepts (probability, statistics, ratios, percentages) and their practical application.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and composure under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and experience with Google Workspace.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
