Responsibilities:

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring precision and quality in all production tasks

• Skilled at managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Able to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately
• Experienced in performing bindery tasks under the direction of team leaders
• Communicates effectively with production and operations personnel
• Basic computer proficiency: knowledge of PSI software is an advantage
• Maintains accurate and complete records for daily production and data tracking
• Consistently meets company and departmental standards for safety, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction
• Familiar with ISO procedures and work instructions; completes necessary documentation and checklists
• Adheres to company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
• Flexible to work overtime, weekends, and assist in other departments as needed
• Willing to take on additional tasks to support production goals
• Participate in team and company meetings to stay informed and aligned
• Assists in training and onboarding of new and temporary staff
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Physically capable of standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods
• Able to push/pull loaded pallet jacks and rolling carts
• Regularly lifts to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds
• Communicates job-specific details and shift updates to ensure smooth transitions between shifts
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have Maintenance Mechanic experience
• Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Able to use and operate various types of testing equipment and meters.
• Understands electrical designs
• Previous experience with electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Understand associated maintenance of lead acid batteries.
• Can operate hand and power tools
• Power industrial truck certification
• Uphold high standards of housekeeping and safety in assigned departments.
• Two or more years of experience in a related field, including maintenance of various lift trucks such as Crown and or Raymond with lift ratings up to 12,000 lbs.
• Manufacturing, automotive, military or recent trade school graduates with applied skills.
• Solid foundation of mechanical aptitude and ability along with knowledge of industrial electricity up to 480 volts would be preferred.
• Valid unrestricted Driver's license
