Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Carry out and supervise daily maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
• Oversee unit turnarounds to ensure apartments are prepared and move-in ready.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all building systems.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager to coordinate major projects and oversee vendor services.
• Respond quickly and effectively to work orders and emergency maintenance situations.
• Mentor and support the training of junior maintenance team members.
• Ensure units operate efficiently and maintain high quality standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years' experience in facilities maintenance (multifamily or commercial properties desired)
• Experience in HVAC repair.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical repair and carpentry.
