Our client is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Pediatric Dentist to join our growing practice. With an established reputation in the community and continued growth in patient volume, this is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated provider ready to make an impact in a supportive, modern environment.

Position Highlights

• Reason for Need: Growth in patient volume and a senior doctor stepping back due to health complications

• Start Date: Flexible – ideal start within the next few months

• Schedule: 3–4 days per week preferred (open to 2 days/week for the right fit)

• Team Composition:

  • 2 Pediatric Dentists and 2 Associate Dentists

  • Supported by experienced Dental Assistants and Hygienists

• Operatories: 4 modern chairs

• Patient Demographics: Ages 3+

• Daily Flow: Steady schedule with strong hygiene and operative volume

• Procedures: Comprehensive pediatric care — preventive, restorative, behavior management, space maintenance, and light sedation

• Technology: Modern digital systems including iTero and Prime Scan (ICAT on-site access)

• New Patients: Consistent monthly influx of new families

• Payor Mix: Primarily private dental insurance (Delta Dental, BCBS, etc.), with a small portion of Medicaid

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation Structure: Competitive Per Diem and/or % of Collections — highly flexible and tailored to the candidate

• Earning Potential: Strong six-figure opportunity based on volume and schedule

• Sign-On / Relocation Bonus: Available – specifics discussed individually

• Continuing Education (CE): Allowance provided
