Education & Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or Sales.
10-15 years' experience in Sales, Business Development, or Packaging Material Procurement within the meat industry.
Strong understanding of meat packaging films and wrapping machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and grow business for Forvara Polyethylene Meat Overwrapping Films as an alternative to PVC films.
Identify and pursue new clients - meat processors and packers in US Central & Canada.
Build and manage a pipeline of leads; conduct meetings, trials, and testing with production, quality, and procurement teams.
Analyze client requirements, coordinate with Technical & Product Development teams for sample testing and customization.
Attend machine trials (Omori, Ossid, Digi, Ulma, Fabbri, etc.) and provide feedback for performance optimization.
Lead sales forecasting, negotiations, and pricing discussions to meet revenue and profitability targets.
Maintain strong client relationships, provide after-sales support, and resolve technical or operational issues.
Collaborate closely with the India-based Technical and Business Development teams for coordination and reporting.
Preferred Skills:
Deep knowledge of meat packaging operations and auto-tray wrapping machines.
Strong technical communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience leading regional sales or business development teams.
