Are you passionate about cars and looking to jumpstart your career in the automotive industry? West Broad Kia is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Automotive Sales Professionals. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of customers, providing them with exceptional service and helping them find the perfect vehicle to suit their needs.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles
• Provide information on vehicle features and specifications
• Negotiate pricing and financing options
• Coordinate test drives and vehicle deliveries
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of automotive sales processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Service advising and finance & insurance experience
• Certifications in AFIP,  and CDK

Wages and Benefits:

• Commission:  $40,000-$90,000 range
