Optical Sales

James Tracey Eye Care is looking for an experienced Optical Sales Person. Our ideal candidate is a sales person who provides excellent customer service and is a team player.

What You'll Do

• Billing and ordering.
• Checking insurance eligibility.
• Ordering glasses and contact lenses.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Assisting patients with eyewear selection.
• Educating patients about their lens options and benefits.
• Calls lab to check on the status of glasses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• An energetic, positive team player who’s able to adapt to a fast paced working environment
• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
