Furniture Installer

COMMERCIAL FURNITURE INSTALLER JOB DESCRIPTION:

Works in teams and/or individually to execute commercial furniture installations. 

Daily assignments may include loading and unloading company trucks; Assembly and staging of product according to verbal and written directions; Preparation, maintenance and clean-up of working areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Load and unload the truck
• Install furniture according to blueprints or job tickets
• Mount furniture and/or equipment
• Prep and clean up the job site
• Assemble furniture as needed
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Commercial driver's license
• Familiarity with basic hand tools
• Ability to follow directions
• Physical strength to perform heavy lifting
• Mechanical skills
