We’re a growing auto transport carrier specializing in enclosed and open vehicle transport. Our enclosed trailers are used for exotic, luxury, and high-value cars, while our open trailers handle standard vehicles and dealership loads. We’re looking for an experienced Auto Transport Dispatcher who already has connections within the automotive world—dealers, brokers, auctions, or exotic car clients—and can bring in steady, profitable freight without relying solely on load boards.

Responsibilities

• Secure high-quality loads for both enclosed and open trailers across the U.S.

• Utilize existing industry contacts to build ongoing partnerships with brokers, dealers, and collectors.

• Coordinate driver schedules, routes, and delivery times.

• Maintain communication with drivers and clients to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

• Negotiate competitive rates and ensure profitability on each load.

• Manage dispatch paperwork and update load statuses accurately.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a dispatcher or broker in auto transport.

• Existing network of relationships with car brokers, dealerships, or auction houses.

• Strong knowledge of auto transport operations, including enclosed and open carrier logistics.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and remotely.

• Familiarity with Central Dispatch, Super Dispatch, or similar platforms.

Preferred Experience

• Prior work moving exotic, classic, or luxury vehicles.

• Experience working with dealers, high-end clients, or auction transport.

• Knowledge of white-glove service expectations (vehicle handling, liftgate, photo documentation, etc.).

Compensation

• Commission-based: negotiable based on experience and connections
