Securitas Security Services is seeking a driven, people-focused Operations Manager to support a premier client in North Reading, MA .

Youll play a key role in ensuring seamless security operations, supporting a high-performing team, and strengthening our partnership with an important client.
As the Operations Manager , you will lead daily and nightly physical security operations. Your focus will be on team leadership, operational excellence, safety, and client partnership. You will:
Oversee and enhance physical security operations across multiple critical-infrastructure locations.
Drive a strong safety culture
Train and mentor onsite security personnel in partnership with local branch leadership.
Plan and execute security projects, assignments, and daily tasks with precision and timeliness.
Coach and guide employees, administering corrective actions when needed, in alignment with company policy.
Evaluate the effectiveness of security operations and recommend improvements.
Set the tone for excellent customer service and hold the team accountable to the same high standard.
Partner closely with the client and Securitas management through regular reviews and proactive communication.
Conduct inspections, audits, and unannounced reviews, ensuring full compliance with all post orders.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a secure, positive environment.
Perform audits, inspections, penetration tests, and ongoing training and development.
Schedule:
This role requires flexibility to support a blended 2nd and 3rd shift schedule:
Friday & Saturday: 2pm12am and Sunday & Monday: 10pm8am
Experience:
4+ years of experience in the security industry
4+ years of leadership or management experience
Working knowledge of CCTV, access control, incident management, and other security technologies
Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Military or law enforcement experience is a plus, but not required
