Nurse Manager (RN or LPN)

We’re seeking a compassionate Nurse Manager to join our senior living care team — someone who values relationships as much as results. You’ll play a key role in supporting residents’ health and happiness through clinical oversight, staff collaboration, and genuine connection. What You’ll Do
Assist with the resident admission process , including screenings, assessments, and care planning
Ensure care is delivered per individualized service plans and physician orders
Oversee medication administration and treatment documentation
Support caregivers and medication aides to maintain a safe, compliant, and caring environment
Monitor residents’ conditions and respond to changes with timely, accurate follow-up
Partner with outside healthcare providers to coordinate resident services
Maintain familiarity with state regulations, community policies, and best practices in senior living care
What You’ll Bring
Current LPN or RN license in the state of Ohio
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
3+ years of nursing experience , ideally in senior living, assisted living, or long-term care
A steady, dependable approach under pressure
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Above all — a heart for seniors and a belief that compassion is as important as competence
