Bakery Clerk (Seasonal)

The holiday magic is in the air and our Uncle Giuseppes Marketplace in Massapequa is gearing up for a festive season! Were seeking an enthusiastic Seasonal Part-Time Bakery Clerk to join our team from early November through the first week of January 2025 .

If you love the smell of fresh-baked goods and the joyful buzz of the holidays, this is the perfect opportunity to be part of something special! This position offers $21.05/hour . (Please note: as a seasonal position, benefits are not included.)

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bakery environment

• Sanitize work surfaces, utensils, and equipment according to company policies

• Keep floors free of debris and spills

• Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, courteous service

• Use and maintain all department equipment properly

• Rotate products to ensure freshness

• Ensure accurate department signage

• Prepare bakery trays to company standards and meet customer satisfaction

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to speak, read, and understand English

• Positive attitude and strong commitment to customer service
