Job Type: Full-Time with open availability

Line Cook Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team at a prestigious private club. The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellence, attention to detail, and experience in high-end or fine dining environments. You will be responsible for preparing and executing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, clean, and professional kitchen setting, while maintaining the club’s elevated standards of service and presentation.

Line Cook Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, presentation standards, and quality expectations
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner for member satisfaction and smooth service flow
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures in compliance with health regulations
• Collaborate with the culinary team to execute private events, daily service, and seasonal menus
• Maintain consistent portion control and food quality
• Communicate effectively with chefs and service staff
• Assist with inventory, receiving deliveries, and proper storage of ingredients
• Perform opening, closing, and side duties as required

Line Cook Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining, private club, or upscale restaurant
• Culinary degree or formal training is a plus, but not required
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and safety protocols
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• *Able to carry 50lbs or lift multiple times a day. Will need to be able to stand on your feet for 8+ hours
• *Full Time open availability required.
• Flexibility to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• ServSafe or food handler certification
