This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated Dentist to step into a newer, well-equipped office with a growing patient base and strong support team. The practice is seeking a confident clinician to assume care for an existing patient base due to the current doctor being on medical leave.

Position Details

• Location: Erie, CO

• Position Type: Full Time only (4 days per week; 2 Saturdays per month)

• Facility: Office – less than one year old

• Operatories: 6–8 operatories in a modern, digital environment

• Support Team: 1 Dentist and 2 Dental Assistants (no hygienist currently)

• Technology: Denticon practice management software

• Patient Base: Primarily adults with a growing family segment

• Payor Mix: Primarily PPO and private insurance

• Procedures: Comprehensive general dentistry including Fillings, Crowns, Bridges, Endo, Extractions, and Implants

• Doctor of Dental Surgery or Doctor of Dental Medicine

• Reason for Need: Current doctor on medical leave and likely unable to return

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily guarantee for the first 6 months or percentage of production (whichever is higher)

• Top producing Dentist earnings: $500K–$800K+ annually

• Average monthly production: $80K–$250K

• Relocation assistance available for the right candidate
