Chef, Sandwich Line Cook & Cheesemonger

Ready to join our team at The Culture Shop in Charlotte?  We need someone super talented who can whip up delicious cheese and charcuterie platters, salads, soups and sandwiches while providing top-notch service to our amazing customers. 

What you'll be doing:

1. Preparing dishes according to recipes to ensure our food is always consistent
2. Quickly assembling sandwiches and/or cheeseboards, especially during high volume periods
3. Assisting with kitchen orders
4. Collaborating with the team on new features and recipes

 Skills you should have:

• Speed and organization
• 3+ years experience in running a kitchen and/or working a line
• Know-how when it comes to managing food costs and following food code
• Ability to work under pressure
• Maintain a positive demeanor

What's in it for you:

• Minimum Hourly: $20 per hour
• Maximum Salary: $25 per hour
