Job Description

  • Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
  • Reconcile credit accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Communicate with clients regarding overdue payments in a professional manner.
  • Prepare detailed credit reports for internal review and decision-making.
  • Assist in setting up new customer credit terms and limits.
  • Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • Experience in credit control or a related accounting role.
  • Immediate availability
  • Ability to commute to Berkshire
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing deadlines.
