Job Description
- Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile credit accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Communicate with clients regarding overdue payments in a professional manner.
- Prepare detailed credit reports for internal review and decision-making.
- Assist in setting up new customer credit terms and limits.
- Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- Experience in credit control or a related accounting role.
- Immediate availability
- Ability to commute to Berkshire
- Strong knowledge of financial processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and MS Office applications.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing deadlines.
