Now hiring an HR Generalist for direct-hire in Dublin, OH!

Established manufacturing company is seeking an HR Generalist for an immediate Direct Hire opening!

Responsibilities:

-Support and administer HR functions, including recruiting, employee engagement, reporting, payroll, and benefits administration

-Provide documentation and scheduling support for recruitment efforts

-Managing onboarding and offboarding processes

-Executing employee engagement programs

-Specialize in compensation, benefits, and learning and development

-Handle employee relations, benefit review/inquiries, and new hire onboarding

Annual salary will be $70-80,000 depending on experience.

This position will be working in-office from Monday-Friday.

Experience:

-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

-Experience in HR generalist roles

-Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruiting, employee engagement, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
