Our AI and Data Strategy practitioners work to create and execute an organizations business strategy for AI and data, including defining a compelling industry vision, creating value models, describing business/technology roadmap, and creating operating model and platform and ecosystem architecture, in support of data-led transformation. Use scaled agile disciplines to transform around iterative approach sequencing use cases focused on critical data elements aligned to data product and platform feature development.

Additionally, our Banking and Cap Markets AI and Data Science practitioners will be working across client business groups (Wealth, Commercial, Retail) and Customer Lifecycle interactions, originations to collections. We provide the deep industry experience, the functional insights, the AI and data power to help our clients make important changes. Through our AI & Data capabilities we focus on Financial Risk, Non-Financial Risk, Compliance, Controls and Transformation we solve our client's toughest problems to get ready for the future.

As a Data & AI Strategy, Manager or Senior Manager, you will:

  • Shape vision and create opportunities for AI and data led business reinvention.
  • Build client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on how to infuse AI and data into the business processes or functions
  • Define and structure an organization's AI and data strategy to build and optimize data assets, AI technologies for growth & competitive advantages.
  • Assess maturity of an organization's AI and data foundation.
  • Assess risk and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy and future-ready operating model.
  • Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy.
  • Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
  • Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions. Use analytics to find new ways of working that put people and process first.
  • Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
  • Stay on top of how new regulations and technologies affect our clients' businesses - and ours.

Travel: As needed based on client expectations.

Qualification

Here's What You Need:

Bachelor's Degree

5+ years of experience working within AI and Data Strategy Space including specific skills and experiences around Data Management, Data Analysis, Data Management, Requirements Gathering, Responsible AI, leading tech driven transformations

5+ years of high value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience

5+ years of working in Banking and Cap Markets with experience in one or more of the following:

  • Customer Behavior Risk Analytics
  • Commercial Banking Analytics
  • Compliance: Financial Crime - AML, KYC, Sanctions, Transaction Monitoring; Fraud, consumer protection
  • Finance: forecasting and planning, balance sheet management, treasury management
  • Risk: financial risk management; non-financial risk management including technology risk, third party, resiliency, enterprise & operational risk; risk governance
  • Controls & Audit: platform controls, control design, issue and control remediation, automation, testing and monitoring
  • GenAI: deployment and governance
  • Model Risk Management frameworks and automation

A minimum of 5 years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines

A minimum of 5 years' of large-scale delivery experience with minimal help

Experience should include one or more of the following:

  • Developing and advising on risk operating models, data strategy, business and IT risk frameworks and compliance standards
  • IT and business industry-specific regulations and the mapping of those across policy, risk, control and issue spectrum

Nice to Have:

  • Strong program management experience with expert decision-making and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals, lead in client conversations, and go to market activities.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
  • Leadership and people skills: proven ability to build effective teams and foster a collaborative and inclusive environment and proven ability to build strong client relationships.
  • You have experience bringing innovative ideas to projects
  • Experience in sales and business development. Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals, lead in client conversations, and go to market activities.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • GenAI and governance experience
  • Board reporting
  • For banking, capital markets and/or insurance industries, working knowledge of Basel Accord, Dodd Frank, FBO, FINRA, SEC, FinCEN, OCC, FDIC, CCAR, etc.
  • Operating model and transformation experience from front- and back-office

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
