What Youll Do

In this role, youll be responsible for mechanical and metallurgical testing and evaluation to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. Youll perform hands-on lab work, testing, and inspections while collaborating across departments to support production and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical testing such as tensile, bend, and hardness, and prepare metallographic samples.

• Operate, adjust, and modify laboratory equipment for optimal performance.

• Maintain laboratory supplies, cleanliness, and calibration of equipment.

• Process trial orders, including testing, layouts, capability studies, dock audits, and trial reviews.

• Prepare and approve certifications for shipment of final products.

• Maintain and perform gage calibration and manage calibration system records.

What Youll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 3 years of experience in metallurgical testing and inspection.

• Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently.

• Experience collaborating in a team environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Demonstrated experience using inspection gages.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 standards.
