What You'll Be Doing:

As a CSR, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for our customers by:

• Answering customer inquiries and scheduling service calls.
• Acting as the first point of contact, delivering empathetic and solutions-focused service.
• Coordinating with Mallick Team members to ensure seamless communication and scheduling.
• Supporting customer retention and satisfaction with a positive, problem-solving attitude.

• Customer-First Focus: You genuinely enjoy helping people and can actively listen to identify and resolve issues.
• Reliability: Your teammates can depend on you to assist with scheduling and daily operations.
• Positivity: You’re eager to learn, ask questions, and bring energy to your role every day.
• BONUS: Service Titan Experience: Familiarity with Service Titan software is a plus, but NOT required. If you’re new to it, don’t worry – we will provide training to get you up to speed quickly

Requirements:

• Location: Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Gaithersburg, MD, before starting.
