Operations and Order Fulfillment Lead

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing branch operations, including administration, distribution, and sales activities
• Act as a key contact for the regional sales team, helping with quotes, bids, and order processing
• Coordinate with production, sales, and customers to resolve issues affecting shipping timelines or order details
• Schedule production, track vendor shipments, source alternatives when needed, and keep systems updated for team visibility
• Support branch manager directives, especially when they are off-site, to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or 3–5 years of experience in the industrial hose industry
• Strong multitasking abilities with a knack for managing multiple projects at once
• Experience in industrial distribution, ideally with fluid power components
