Job Summary
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of a 200-unit, three-building multifamily property.
• Supervise on-site teams including leasing, maintenance, and janitorial staff.
• Address resident concerns, resolve complaints, and support retention efforts.
• Oversee budgeting, vendor management, and financial reporting.
• Ensure full compliance with New Jersey landlord-tenant laws and housing regulations.
• Collaborate with the Leasing Agent to drive leasing activity and occupancy goals.
• Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports to property ownership.
• Ability to problem solve and handle customer complaints.
• Utilize conflict resolution and customer service skills.
• Ensure high level of tenant satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years’ experience in property management (multifamily or commercial properties desired)
• Strong leadership skills.
• Familiarity with AppFolio software.
• Ability to work on-site.
