Data Center Construction Project Manager Location: [Columbus, OH] Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 + Performance Bonus Overview: We are seeking a Data Center Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale data center builds from concept to completion. This role is ideal for a professional with strong experience in mission-critical construction, vendor management, and project execution. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end data center construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams. Oversee procurement, scheduling, and site logistics. Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and risk mitigation. Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in mission-critical environments. Strong knowledge of MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems. Experience managing budgets exceeding $50M. PMP, LEED, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
