Are you looking to be a part of a dynamic team in the hospitality service industry? Matics Auto Repair LLC is seeking a Receptionist to join our family-owned and operated auto repair shop in Port Charlotte, FL. As a trusted establishment known for our comprehensive range of repair and maintenance services, we are looking for a dedicated individual to be the first point of contact for our valued clients.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide information about services and products
• Perform general office duties such as light office cleaning, keeping refreshment area stocked, answeing the phone, filing, scanning, data entry, checking-in and checking-out vehciles 
• Assist with scheduling

Required Skills:

• Experience in front office operations
• Strong communication skills for inbound/outbound calling
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of Google Calendar
• Experience in policy development
• Bilingual in English and another language

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $30,000 to $34,000 annually, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
