Job Opening: CNA – Day Shift Support (Temple, GA)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday & Saturday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Location: Temple, GA Client Type: Adult with IDD (attends day program 1 day/week)

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support a female client in Temple, GA. This is a daytime position ideal for CNAs who value consistency, relationship-building, and meaningful work. The client attends a day program one day per week and receives in-home support the remaining days.

Key Responsibilities

• Medication Reminders per care plan

• Goal Tracking in alignment with the client’s support objectives

• Support with ADLs, with a strong emphasis on hygiene management

• Routine Building: Help the client establish and maintain a structured daily routine

• Promote Independence: Encourage and support the client in completing tasks independently

• Build Rapport: Foster a trusting, respectful relationship with the client and family

Ideal Candidate

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with relevant experience

• Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must

• Patient, consistent, and skilled in working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities

• Comfortable working independently and following a structured care plan

• Excellent communication and documentation skills
