Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and refine traditional Jewish deli recipes with precision and creativity

  • Oversee kitchen stations and line operations during service

  • Ensure consistency in plating, portioning, and presentation

  • Collaborate with culinary leadership to innovate within our classic menu framework

  • Maintain the highest standards of kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation

  • Assist with prep planning, inventory, and ordering

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional kitchen experience; high-volume or deli experience a plus

  • Strong knife skills and a mastery of classic techniques

  • A visual eye for presentation and plating

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($75,000.00 - $85,000.00)
