Our restaurant in the University District of Philadelphia is seeking a talented Alas-Cart Production Line Cook to join our team. As a Production Line Cook, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional Caribbean and American favorites to our guests. If you are dedicated, creative, and thrive in a collaborative kitchen setting, we want to hear from you!

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen

Required Skills:

  • Experience in broiling, sautéing, grilling, frying  and scratch Production cooking
  • Strong knowledge of Week-End Brunch
  • Knowledge of a la carte cooking and sauce & Soup making
  • Ability to work with a creative culinary team
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
  • Strong knife skills 

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in (Jamaican Cuisine a Plus) and Casual Fine Dining
  • Knowledge of catering
  • Ability to handle batch cooking and maintain plate presentation

Salary and Benefits:

  • Minimum Salary: $36,000.00
  • Maximum Salary: $50,000.00
