Daily Responsibilities:

• Menu planning and preparation
• Pasta and sauce making
• Broiling and sautéing
• Scratch cooking and pastry making
• Kitchen management and food cost management
• Plate presentation and portion control
• Special diets and dietary restrictions
• Ensuring food quality and seafood preparation
• Baked goods and dessert making
• Utilizing knife skills for food preparation

Required Skills:

• Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
• Experience with a la carte cooking
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with pastry making and sauce making
• Knowledge of different dietary restrictions and special diets
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Experience with seafood preparation
• Previous experience in kitchen management

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $36,000 to $50,000 annually, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes life insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, flexible schedules, vacation leave, and sick leave.
