Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Review and interpret blueprints
• Conduct inspections and quality control checks

Required Skills:

• Construction Management: Experience managing construction projects
• Blueprints: Ability to review and interpret blueprints
• Installation: Knowledge of installation processes
• Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning: HVAC system knowledge
• Preventive Maintenance: Experience with preventive maintenance procedures

Nice to Have Skills:

• AutoCAD: Proficiency in AutoCAD software
• Electrical: Electrical system knowledge

Technical Skills:

• OSHA Certified
• Background Checks
• Troubleshooting

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $62,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $72,000.00
