• $90 per hourly session (53 minutes) plus double pay for new in-person client intake sessions (through Dec. 2025)

• Guaranteed biweekly payment via direct deposit

• Payment protection for no-shows, late cancellations, and denied claims

• 1099 contractor role full flexibility, no minimum caseloads or hour requirements

• Must have an office space in Georgia for in-person sessions

• Must hold an active Georgia license as a Licensed Psychologist (Licensed Clinical Psychologist - LP)

Incentive Terms & Conditions: The new client intake rate will be paid out as a rate change to initial sessions completed in-person with CPT code 90791 and use of an initial assessment template for the pay periods starting Saturday, October 4, 2025 (pay date of Friday, October 24, 2025) and continuing through the pay period ending Friday, December 27, 2025 (pay date of Friday, January 16, 2026). The location of service will be determined based on whats indicated in the signed note. Any misuse of this incentive, as determined by Rula, will be reviewed in accordance with the Network Access Agreement and providers may be subject to disciplinary action. Notes must be completed within 48 hours of the scheduled session per Rulas timely documentation requirements. Late documented sessions, CPT codes besides 90791, and location of service besides office will be reimbursed at the contracted rate. All terms and conditions of the Network Access Agreement remain in force and unchanged.
