Brown & Brown's Risk Solutions team, formerly known as Beecher Carlson, is looking for a Client Executive to join the National Casualty Practice in Atlanta, GA.
The Client Executive will support the Senior Broker on large accounts and independently lead strategy and service delivery for smaller or less complex clients. This role will oversee day-to-day client service and coordinate junior team members. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Partner with production teams on account management, renewal negotiations, special projects, and resolution of risk control issues, working closely with other Brown & Brown teammates.
- Provide risk control services including consulting, training, group presentations, hazard analysis, and regulatory assessments.
- Oversee carrier risk control representatives and third-party safety vendors in the development and execution of risk control programs and services.
- Conduct assessments for workers' compensation, general liability, and auto liability to support safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with flexibility and efficiency.
- Provide brokerage and product leadership within the account team.
- Oversee daily operations of client insurance programs, ensuring seamless service.
- Analyze client loss exposures and recommend coverage solutions.
- Interpret actuarial data to optimize program structure.
- Prepare and deliver insurance summaries, proposals, and renewal documentation.
- Cultivate client relationships and participate in new business development.
- Leverage internal resources (actuarial, claims, loss control) to maximize client value.
- Maintain required state broker licenses and adhere to company policies.
- May have leadership responsibilities and must be willing to travel as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, or 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- State broker licenses required or eligible.
- Strong organizational, communication, and client service skills.
- Ability to lead client and market discussions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
