Role Summary
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Admin Sales Assistant to support our PO acceptance process in a fast-paced contract machining and processing environment. This role ensures customer purchase orders are reviewed, entered accurately into the MRP system, and released to Planning—verifying that pricing, quantities, delivery dates, and scope align with approved quotes.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and log customer purchase orders, verifying accuracy in pricing, quantities, revisions, dates, and scope.
Identify and resolve discrepancies by communicating with customers and internal teams.
Accurately enter clean orders into the MRP system and release them to Planning.
Maintain organized files and update order status throughout the process.
Must-Have Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to operate with urgency and meet deadlines.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
Works well collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
Basic blueprint reading skills.
Familiarity with machining or manufacturing environments, especially AS9100 standards.
Experience with MRP/CRM systems such as JobBoss2 or Salesforce.
