As a waterfront restaurant specializing in fresh seafood and land-based dishes, we cater to a diverse clientele and offer a unique dining experience that keeps our patrons coming back for more.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and execute menus
• Manage food costs and portion control to maximize profitability
• Demonstrate exceptional skills and food handling techniques
• Oversee back of house operations and ensure kitchen sanitation
• Contribute to menu development and assist with banquet catering

Required Skills:

• Menu planning experience in a high-volume restaurant setting
• Proven track record in food cost management and quality control
• Strong understanding of portion control and culinary arts
• Exceptional kitchen skills and proficiency in food preparation
• ServSafe Certified with a focus on food safety and sanitation

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in food and beverage management
• Knowledge of cost management, ordering, and purchasing

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $45,000
• Maximum Salary: $65,000 (TBD)
