SMT Supervisor

Pay: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Work hours to be discussed during interview

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SMT Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Surface Mount Technology (SMT) line. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics manufacturing and leadership skills to ensure production efficiency, quality, and team performance.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate SMT line activities and personnel

• Monitor daily production schedules to meet output goals

• Ensure quality standards are met throughout all processes

• Troubleshoot SMT equipment and process issues

• Train and support operators in procedures, safety, and best practices

• Maintain documentation and production reports

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of SMT production experience required

• Prior supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred

• Knowledge of SMT equipment and processes

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Detail-oriented and dependable
